The all process of our sparkling wine is made in our Winery.

Wine : Crémant de Bourgogne
Area : 50 a
Average age of the vineyard : 30 years old
Grape variety : Chardonnay
Color : White
Local soil : Clay and calcareous soil

 

VINIFICATION

Manual harvest, soft pressing, fermentation between 5 – 10 days with control of temperature. Wines is on lees until bottling and 15 months on horizontal storage. This wine is done with traditionnal way.

 

TASTING

Eye : White gold with a very nice effervescence.
Nose : Citrus fruit, floral aroma.
Mouth : Freshness and elegance.

 

CONSUMPTION

We recommend you serve the Crémant de Bourgogne at 4°C 8°C for aperitif and dessert, 6°C 9°C (43F, 48F) during the meal.
We suggest you this wine with fishes or shellfishes, white meats and desserts (Ice cream, fruits desserts).

 

PRESERVATION

You can drink it now or age it up to 3 years.
