This vineyard is more than 50 years old. The wine matures in barrels which are selected in function or their age.

Fermentation between 5 – 10 days and temperature of 18° in barrels. A stirring of the less in a barrel is done each months waiting the malolactic fermentation. This wine is on lees until bottling.



Eye : Straw yellow with silver glint.
Nose : Hazelnut aroma.
Mouth : Rounded and dry wine.



We recommend you serve this wine at 10°C 12°C (52F).
We suggest you this wine with fish, seafood, ham.



You can drink it now or age it for 6 years.
