Manual harvest, soft pressing, fermentation between 5 – 10 days with control of temperature. Wines is on lees until bottling and 15 months on horizontal storage. This wine is done with traditionnal way.
Eye : White gold with a very nice effervescence.
Nose : Citrus fruit, floral aroma.
Mouth : Freshness and elegance.
We recommend to pour the Crémant de Bourgogne at 11c, 12, (52F) in pre-dinner drink, 6c, 9c (43F, 48F) during the meal.
We suggest fish or shellfish, white meats and desserts (Ice cream, fruit dessert) to be served with this wine.
You can drink it now or age it up to 3 years.
