Vinified in small quantities in barrels, only a few Jeroboams, Magnums and bottles are available per year.

Short maceration and end fermentation in barrel. Maturing during 11 months in the oak barrels until boltting.

Mouth : fine and supple tannins, beautiful complexity.
We recommend to pour this wine at 12c, 14c (57F).
Veal Tenderloin, rabbit with mustard, turkey steak is perfect to serve with this wine.
You can drink it now or age it for 6 years.
