Bourgogne La Greffière “Monopole”

The most northern cru of Beaujolais.

Vinified in small quantities in barrels, only a few Jeroboams, Magnums and bottles are available per year.

Local soil : Clay and siliceous soil

 

VINIFICATION

Short maceration and end fermentation in barrel. Maturing during 11 months in the oak barrels until boltting.

 

TASTING

Eye : Ruby Cherry Red, Red reflects
Nose : Red Fruits, and spices.
Mouth : soft and Fruity Wine, spicy end of the palate.

 

CONSUMPTION

We recommend to pour this wine at 14c, 16c (59F)

Poultry pie, Beef tournedos is perfect to serve with Bourgogne.

 

PRESERVATION

You can drink it now or age it for 8 years.
