40% of wine is on the oak barrels/ Fermentation between 15 and 20 days with maximal temperature at 18° in barrels. A stirring of the less in a barrel is done each month to wait the malolactic fermentation. When this fermentation is finish, we blend wines for bottling.
Eye : Very light yellow.
Nose : Fresh almond aroma.
Mouth : Dry and rounded wine.
We recommend you serve this wine at 11°C 12°C (52F).
We suggest you this wine with fish, frog legs, seafood, goat’s cheese and comte.
You can drink this Saint Veran now or age it up to 6 years.
