It’s a aperitif drink which can become the real “Kir bourguignon”.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation between 5 and 10 days with temperature control. Maturing on lees.

 

TASTING

Eye : pale gold.
Nose : Floral aroma.
Mouth : Hazelnut flavour at the end of the tasting.

 

CONSUMPTION

We recommend you serve this wine at 11°C 12°C (52F).
You can blend this wine with blackcurrant liquor in aperitif drink and eat it with snails, salads, steamed vegetables, raclette.

 

PRESERVATION

You can drink the Bourgogne Aligote now or age it up to 3 years.
