<p>40% of wine is on the oak barrels/ Fermentation between 15 and 20 days with maximal temperature at 18° in barrels. A stirring of the less in a barrel is done each month to wait the malolactic fermentation. When this fermentation is finish, we blend wines for bottling.</p>

<strong>Local soil :</strong> Clay and calcareous soil</p>

<h4>VINIFICATION</h4>
<p>Fermentation between 5 &#8211; 10 days and temperature of 18° in barrels. A stirring of the less in a barrel is done each months waiting the malolactic fermentation. This wine is on lees until bottling.</p>

<p><strong>Eye :</strong> Straw yellow with silver glint.<br />
