Fermenting during 8 days and soft pressing. Aging in the oak barrels until bottling.

 

TASTING

Eye : Crimson color.
Nose : Cherries aroma.
Mouth : Smooth and rounded wine.

 

CONSUMPTION

We recommend you to serve this wine at 14°C 16°C (59F).
Red meat is perfect to eat with Bourgogne.

 

PRESERVATION

You can drink the Bourgogne now or age it up to 5 years.
